About the Team The Integrity team is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to help reduce fraud costs and drive solutions that safeguard the integrity of our platform. In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our three core audiences—Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants—and become a key resource for analyzing behaviors that may indicate risky or abusive patterns. You’ll lead investigations into high-risk activity, design data-informed strategies, and implement cross-functional initiatives to mitigate losses while maintaining a seamless and trusted user experience. Most importantly, you’ll help strike the right balance between user trust and risk management, ensuring we continue to support growth while protecting the platform.
