The Role Foxit is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to partner across our business and technology organizations to improve the applications, workflows, integrations, and processes that power our global operations. This is a broad, hands-on business systems role. While systems analysis is the core discipline, every member of the team is expected to take ownership of application administration and operational support regardless of title. You will serve as a bridge between functional stakeholders, technical teams, and data operations—helping translate business needs into scalable technical solutions while improving reliability, efficiency, and automation across our technology ecosystem. What You'll Do Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support, optimize, and scale business applications and operational processes. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and delivery plans. Support systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and operational dependencies across business platforms and data systems. Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on reporting requirements, data quality, and downstream analytics needs. Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and business systems. Experience working with systems integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions.
