Now we're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise (APAC) to bring that intelligence to life for our largest enterprise clients across Asia Pacific Region — one of the fastest-evolving digital region in the world. If you have a background in digital marketing and know how to increase client engagement, adoption and growth, by providing expert-level strategic input for enterprise sized accounts in the APAC market which will include the Greater China region, we welcome a discussion. As CSM, you won't just support the platform — you'll become an extension of your clients' own teams: - You're the front line — the person who makes Similarweb's platform come alive for every client you own - You're the trusted advisor who helps clients see themselves — and their competitors — clearly for the first time - You're the reason clients stay for years, not quarters The relationships you build, and the value you help clients unlock, are what keep them engaged with Similarweb long-term. What you'll actually be doing - Be the go-to point of contact for every user on your book of accounts - Act as a strategic advisor — not just a support contact — guiding customers through their entire journey with the platform - Spot churn risk early and get ahead of it with proactive, thoughtful intervention - Grow long-term relationships that translate into renewals and account longevity - Uncover upsell opportunities as your clients' needs evolve - Build deep expertise across the full Similarweb product suite - Keep clients genuinely engaged with the platform — not just logged in, but seeing real business value You'll thrive in this role if you: - Communicate in English and Chinese fluently; another South-East Asian language is a strong plus - Know the digital marketing landscape and can speak its language fluently - Love data and has natural data fluency - Have at least 5 years or more in a client-facing role, ideally have experience in SaaS/Finance or Investor company - Build trust and rapport fast — with clients and colleagues alike - Think analytically and get to the root of a problem quickly - Can produce polished, client-ready insights through the use of AI agents - Bring sharp problem-solving and critical thinking to every conversation - Collaborate well and enjoy being part of a team that pushes each other forward Similarweb works best in-person.
