You’ll translate high-level objectives into actionable plans, and keep everyone focused on what matters most: delivering value to users. - Raise the bar on delivery and engineering excellence You’ll set and track the right KPIs to measure impact, velocity, and quality and ensure that delivery is predictable and transparent. As part of Malt’s Engineering Manager Guild, you’ll also help scale what works across the org by contributing to shared rituals, tooling, and process improvements. - Own our payments and financing ecosystem You’ll be the primary tech point of contact for our external financial partners, from PSPs to cash advance providers. You know that communication is what makes good teams great. - You keep an eye on emerging tech, especially around AI.
