What You Bring to the Team - 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full stack development. - Deep development experience in JavaScript and frontend frameworks such as Vue.js (preferred), React, or Angular, and the corresponding unit testing frameworks. - Development experience in Python. - Experience using SQL databases, Git, CI/CD tools, Docker, SQLAlchemy, and cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred). - Awareness of contemporary industry trends in technology, performance, and software development tooling and practice. - Experience making difficult technical decisions in ambiguous situations. - Strong communication skills, targeting both technical and non-technical audiences. - Exposure to LLM features or operational research is an asset. - College degree (professional training or technical program) in computer science or engineering, or demonstrated learning experience. - Strong communication and collaboration skills in both French and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
