The ideal candidate is a self-starter with leadership capabilities who can mentor junior electricians and coordinate effectively on job sites.   #LAT Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial environments (office buildings, retail centers, schools, healthcare facilities, etc.) - Lead and oversee electrical projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope - Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues, implementing effective solutions - Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations - Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites - Supervise, train, and mentor apprentice and junior electricians - Perform panel upgrades, conduit bending, wiring, lighting installation, and system upgrades - Conduct inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on electrical systems - Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress - Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety
