About this role The Netherlands is Eye’s home market, and our MSP partner channel is the engine behind it. We’re adding a fourth Partner Manager to our Benelux partner team, someone who already knows the Dutch MSP landscape from the inside and wants to build a long-term career as a partner specialist. You’ll take a portfolio of active partners to the next level and bring in new ones from your own network. This isn’t a role where you only run account reviews. You’ll build business plans with your partners, get them to commit to real numbers, and run joint campaigns that create pipelines for both sides. You’ll join three experienced Partner Managers and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. What you will do - Own and grow a portfolio of existing MSP partners, with a clear focus on your top 10 -20 partners and how to move each one forward. - Build joint business plans with partners, agree on concrete targets, and hold both sides accountable for hitting them. - Bring in new MSP partners from your network where they strengthen our coverage, and take them from first conversation through contract, on boarding and first deals. - Drive pipeline through your partners and influence ARR every quarter. - Set up joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns with selected partners, together with our Marketing team. - Represent Eye at partner meetings, events and industry gatherings across the Netherlands. What you will need - 3–5+ years of experience in the MSP or cybersecurity space, for example as a Partner Manager or Channel Manager at a software vendor that sells through MSPs, or in a commercial role at an MSP. - An existing network in the Dutch MSP market that you can actually activate. - A sales drive: you’re used to working with targets and pipeline and you know how to hit them, even when your results come through partners. - Experience building business plans with partners and getting them to commit to numbers. - Strong relationship-building skills. Partners trust you because you help them grow, not just because you’re pleasant to work with. - Fluency in Dutch and professional English. - Nice to have: experience with cybersecurity products such as MDR, EDR or security services sold through the channel. What we offer - A senior individual contributor role with real ownership over your partners and results. - An established, experienced partner team in our home market, so you can focus on growing partners instead of building everything from scratch. - You’ll become part of one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity scale-ups in Europe, building a product line that combines effective cybersecurity with cyber insurance. - A flexible work setup that supports our distributed team across Europe. - An attractive remuneration package with bonus. - Car allowance and “floating holidays” for additional time off. - MacBook or Windows laptop and iPhone or Samsung company phone. - Strong support for your personal and professional development. - Regular company-wide get-together to collaborate in person and build strong team connections. About Eye Security Eye Security provides cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance for organizations in Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we already have more than 170 FTEs and continue to grow internationally. We combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to and recover from cyber threats in real time. Our team brings together people from intelligence, military, tech and consulting backgrounds, all working towards the same mission: making enterprise-grade cybersecurity available to every business, not just the big players.
