The Role As a Senior Partner Sales Manager (all genders), you will take ownership of Lucanet's most strategic partner relationships in the DACH market. Your primary focus is enabling, developing, and scaling existing partnerships into high-performing, revenue-generating alliances, driving net-new ARR through joint GTM execution and positioning Lucanet as the partner of choice within large consulting and advisory organizations. Acting as the primary bridge between partners and Lucanet, you will work closely with Partner Success and Marketing to keep Lucanet competitive and our partners set up to win. You will report into the Partnerships leadership team, working alongside a dedicated Partner Success team. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them. What you'll do - Own and grow relationships with strategic partners, including Big Four and leading consultancies, through regular reviews and proactive enablement. - Identify growth opportunities within the existing partner base: new use cases, additional business units, and deeper GTM collaboration. - Design and execute GTM plans with partners, supporting them from value proposition through to signed contract. - Oversee contracts, agreements, and rewards programs to optimize partner satisfaction and performance while ensuring compliance. - Identify and approach new strategic partners, primarily large consultancies or system integrators with clear commercial fit. - Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to ensure a consistent channel strategy. - Track KPIs, including partner revenue contribution, pipeline activity, and enablement progress, and present updates to senior management. - Represent the partner's voice within Lucanet, feeding back on program design, market trends, and competitor dynamics. What you bring You have: - Proven experience managing and growing strategic partnerships with large consultancies or advisory firms, ideally including Big Four organizations. - A strong existing network within the consulting and advisory ecosystem in DACH. - Deep understanding of how large consulting organizations operate: their incentive structures, decision-making dynamics, and what drives vendor partnership traction. - Proven ability to deepen partnerships over time: identifying the right stakeholders, expanding into new teams, and sustaining momentum through long, complex cycles. - Strong sales and commercial acumen, able to articulate Lucanet's value proposition and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decisions across the full sales cycle. - Excellent communication skills in German and English. It's a plus if you also have: - A university degree in business administration or a related field. - Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and other sales enablement tools. Perks at work - Flexible and hybrid working: our Lucaflex model lets you plan your working hours and location according to your needs and professional responsibilities. - Remote work from another country: work up to 90 days a year outside your home country, supported by our partner Workflex. - Professional development budget: get dedicated time, resources, and budget to build the skills for your career path. - Structured feedback process: Lucanet Engage supports your personal and professional development through regular dialogue. - Paid volunteer days: take the time to volunteer, alone or with your team, for causes you care about. - Health and wellbeing support: access company wellbeing programs, sport subsidies, and mental health support through external partners. - Paid vacation days: take 30 days a year to rest, travel, and recharge. - Health & Sports Support Benefit: additional support toward your health and fitness. - Pension support: build your retirement savings with employer pension contributions. - Corporate discounts platform: exclusive discounts across travel, retail, technology, and more. #LI-Remote #LI-JB1 About Lucanet Lucanet is the CFO solution platform for modern finance and tax teams, automating processes from consolidation and financial planning to tax compliance, ESG reporting, and cash management.
