This is a hands-on product execution role. You will drive trading products end-to-end — understanding trader needs, translating them into detailed product requirements, working closely with Engineering, Design, Ops, Compliance and Sec to drive execution, and ensuring what we ship works reliably under real-world crypto trading conditions. Understand their behaviour. Channel trader feedback, your observation, product data and research to identify not just problems, but also opportunities - and continuously improve the trading product. - Define success, metrics, monitor products after launch and drive continuous iteration. You can then translate these into product outcomes. - You deeply care about what you’re building, and can relentlessly champion the mission of your team.
