Weekly office requirement: 2 days per week, Mondays & Wednesdays Employment type: Permanent Seniority level: Senior Language: All stages of the recruitment process will be conducted in English At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in our Data Product team in Athens. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary. Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔 As our Senior Product Manager you’ll own a new suite of AI and ML-powered data products at the forefront of innovation in the market research industry. This is a chance to shape how businesses around the world access and act on consumer insight, and to define what AI-native market research looks like rather than follow someone else’s lead. You’ll set the vision and strategy for the suite, turn it into a roadmap, and lead the squad that builds it. You’ll work closely with Data Science, ML and Engineering, as well as Design, Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Finance, with plenty of direct contact with clients and prospects. A few things you’ll be responsible for: 👉 Defining the vision, strategy, and positioning of our new AI and data product suite, and how it fits into GWI’s wider platform 👉 Identifying where AI and ML create real value for clients, and separating what’s genuinely useful from what’s just novel 👉 Working with Data Science and ML Engineering on the models, data, pipelines and methodology behind the products, so they are accurate, reliable, scalable, and trusted 👉 Defining how we measure AI quality, including evaluation frameworks, accuracy and reliability benchmarks, and feedback loops, and deciding what “good enough to ship” means 👉 Shaping our approach to responsible AI, covering transparency, data governance, privacy and explainability, so clients can trust what the products tell them 👉 Building the roadmap from client feedback, market and competitor insight, internal stakeholder input and usage analytics, then prioritising the most valuable work 👉 Taking products from early discovery and prototyping through to launch and adoption, including shaping the commercial model, pricing and packaging with Finance and Revenue teams (including usage-based and consumption models) 👉 Communicating progress, trade-offs and results clearly to the Exec team and wider business It’s also fun. Shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. In a fast-moving AI landscape, you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and happy working in a high-tempo environment. What do I need to bring with me? 🧳 You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don’t have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you: 👉 You’ve shipped AI, ML, data or analytics products at a B2B company, ideally SaaS 👉 You understand how AI and ML products are built (for example, LLMs, retrieval, agents, predictive models) 👉 You’re comfortable with data. You can work with engineers on data quality, modelling, and delivery (APIs, dashboards, integrations) 👉 You’ve built complex roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies, and you can balance multiple priorities without losing the plot 👉 You make informed decisions at pace, even when the picture isn’t complete, and you’re happy taking a big initiative and running with it 👉 You’re a strong problem solver, negotiator, and influencer. You get alignment without needing authority 👉 You explain complex things clearly to very different audiences: execs, engineers, customers 👉 You ask questions and draw knowledge out of your team to find the right engineering, data science and design solutions 👉 Bonus points if you’ve worked in market research, consumer insight or analytics, with large-scale survey or behavioural datasets, or on usage-based pricing for AI or API products Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you. Why Join Us 👉 You’ll work on a new AI-powered product suite at the leading edge of the market research industry 👉 You’ll build on GWI’s large-scale consumer datasets, a strong foundation for AI products that competitors can’t easily replicate 👉 You’ll have room to shape the strategy and run your own squad your way What We Offer 🧘 At GWI, you’ll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best. Our package includes: - Time to recharge – 25 days’ annual leave and office closures over the holidays. - Health & wellbeing – Private insurance for you and your family, plus mental and physical wellbeing support. - Financial benefits – Competitive salary, reward and recognition programs, and payroll giving options. - Flexibility & balance – Flexitime, early Friday finishes, work-from-anywhere freedom, and a “work from home” budget. - Family first – Enhanced parental leave and carer days so you can prioritise what matters most. - Career growth – Accredited learning, a generous training budget, and a fully paid international conference each year for Engineering and Data Science roles. - Community & impact – DE&I committee, volunteering opportunities, 100% donation matching, and ways to give back locally. - Extra perks – Mobile phone contract and restaurant ticket options for added convenience. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 🫶 Diversity is fundamental to who we are—as a data company and as a workplace. Our data reflects global realities, and so must our teams. We strive to build a workforce as diverse and inclusive as the insights we deliver. As a Disability Confident employer, we welcome applications from disabled candidates and are committed to making adjustments throughout the hiring process—whether that's extra time, materials in advance or a different format, breaks, an adjusted interview format, assistive tools, or flexible scheduling. We're happy to discuss whatever would work best for you. We actively encourage applications from underrepresented and marginalised communities. At GWI, you'll find a place to contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and belong fully. #li-hybrid #LI-LV1
