WHAT YOU BRING - Native-level fluency in Finnish and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). - Demonstrable experience in project delivery or project management, with a proven track record of independently leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations. - Experience in a technology company, with particular value placed on SaaS implementation, enterprise software deployment or digital transformation projects. - Familiarity with healthcare IT environments, including EHR integrations, clinical workflows and change management within care organisations. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging everyone from frontline clinicians and technical teams to C-level decision-makers. - Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and complex dependencies independently. - A structured yet adaptable approach, with experience managing delivery risks, navigating ambiguity and developing effective implementation approaches across different customer environments. - Experience mentoring colleagues, improving delivery processes and contributing to scalable ways of working, alongside genuine curiosity about technology and AI. LOCATION We believe the best ideas happen when we're together. This is a full-time role based in Helsinki where you will work collaboratively with your local team, as well as with our Stockholm-based team. Travel is expected locally to meet customers, and trips to Stockholm to meet the full team are also a requirement. BENEFITS - Competitive salary & company stock options - 30 days/year of paid vacation - €1000 wellness budget per year - Social and team-building activities (off-sites, after works, winter/summer parties) - An opportunity to make a real positive impact in the world of healthcare - Work with some of the best minds in AI, healthcare, and engineering. We review our benefits packages on a regular basis and might modify our benefits from time to time. CULTURE AT TANDEM At Tandem, we move fast, think big, and take ownership.
