Responsibilities & key activities - Risk identification and assessment, risk monitoring and reporting, - Preparing and updating risk management procedures and policies, - Collecting and analyzing data provided by first- and second-line defense units in the context of risk identification and assessment, - Conducting vertical testing as part of risk monitoring, - Managing operational risk events, including managing ICT incidents, - Managing the Company’s business continuity, including conducting periodic business continuity tests, - Collaborating with other teams in the first and second lines of defense, - Analyzing risk trends and patterns at PayU, - Preparing and regularly updating the risk map at PayU, - Preparing and updating the list of processes at PayU, - Reporting on ICT risks to the regulator, - Administering an incident management support system. Qualifications & Experience - At least 5 years of experience in risk management, - A college degree in a relevant field, - At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a financial institution. Skills & Knowledge - A strong understanding of the risk management process, - Knowledge of the KNF recommendations regarding risk management, - Knowledge of the DORA regulation, - Fluent professional English and Polish, - Very good knowledge of MS Office.
