This Role Requires: - Fluent proficiency in both Thai and English is essential, as the role will have a major focus on the Thai market. - A strong understanding of how customers work with hyperscaler software, specifically AWS and Azure. - Proven presales or consulting experience, including the ability to independently lead and manage complex enterprise engagements. - Deep expertise across the various layers of enterprise technology, from user experience to modern cloud applications and infrastructure. - A solid grasp of native cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, containers, microservices, SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD. - Experience with performance monitoring tools (infrastructure, application, web or mobile, network, user experience, CX). - Exceptional stakeholder management and customer engagement skills. Bonus Points: - Direct experience in Observability is highly preferred, but if you have a background in software security (not hardware or networks), that would also be highly valued. - An understanding of Otel or Software Consumption pricing models. - Experience in the FinTech or Financial Services sector. - Familiarity with SAP technology. - A background in mobile device platforms and architectures (iOS & Android). - Experience working with partners. - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
