About the role As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Fluxon, you’ll lead complex products end-to-end and bring clarity to ambiguity. We’re looking for someone who blends technical depth with sharp project instincts, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings integrity, structure, and heart to every team they’re part of. While specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, you will: - Coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to explore solutions, define specifications, and continuously communicate project status and needs - Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to manage documentation, workflows, and progress tracking - Ensure project reports are accurate, up-to-date, and shared on time - Provide clear visibility into project progress to leadership and stakeholders, supporting effective decision-making, approvals, and direction - Organise and lead project reviews with key stakeholders to share progress, align on upcoming milestones, facilitate and support decision-making, and proactively mitigate risks.
