About us Do you live to create? Looking for your next big challenge? How about a breath of fresh air? As part of the Omnicom Agencies Group, the 14 Agency network handles all global advertising for CUPRA and SEAT car brands. With offices in 11 countries and counting, 14 is a place for those who like to bend the rules. It’s a place for rock’n’roll. At the heart of Barcelona, and beyond. It is also a place where a diverse mix of talented people want to come, to stay and do their best work. Our dedication to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion is clearly reflected in our teams and across all of our work. Diversity is more than a commitment for us — it is the foundation of what we do. Role Purpose We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the editorial planning and social media projects for CUPRA Global. Someone who enjoys both having a good idea and making it happen, who knows what to publish, where, when, and, above all, why. Someone capable of having ten tabs open, five projects underway, and an editorial calendar under control without losing sight of what matters most: the content. Someone who understands the nuances of each platform, has the discernment to identify what might work, and knows how to connect strategy, creativity, insights, and data to make better decisions because a full calendar doesn't necessarily mean an engaging feed. Your challenge will be to turn strategy into editorial reality: connecting teams, moving projects forward, anticipating problems, and ensuring that ideas reach the platforms as they should. From the first proposal to the last publication, ensuring that every piece has a reason to be there. Responsibilities 1. Editorial & Calendar Management Lead the planning and management of CUPRA's editorial calendar. Translate the social media strategy into concrete proposals for content, formats, and editorial priorities. Ensure the consistency, relevance, and adaptation of content to each platform. Identify gaps, opportunities, and improvements in planning, preventing the calendar from becoming a mere list of posts. Coordinate with the Creative, Strategy, and Community teams to maintain a shared editorial vision. 2. Social Media Project Management Lead social media projects from start to finish, from briefing and planning to publication and evaluation. Coordinate teams, stakeholders, materials, approvals, timelines, and deliverables. Anticipate needs, resolve roadblocks, and manage priorities in an environment with multiple parallel projects. Ensure that each initiative meets its objectives and maintains the expected level of quality. 3. Social Intelligence & Performance Apply social media strategy knowledge to evaluate editorial ideas, formats, and opportunities. Incorporate cultural insights, community signals, and platform learnings into planning. Work with data to interpret results, identify patterns, and translate learnings into future editorial decisions. Understand what works, why it works, and how to use it to improve social media activity. Profile we are looking for: Experience in Social Media Management, Content Planning, or digital project management. Solid knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the specific features of each platform. Experience managing editorial calendars and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders. Ability to organize work, prioritize, anticipate problems, and see projects through to completion. Sound editorial judgment and the ability to connect strategy, content, and execution. Interest in digital culture, social media formats, and audience behavior. Ability to interpret data and insights and turn them into concrete improvements. A decisive, organized, proactive, and self-motivated individual. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Advanced English. Experience with global brands is a plus. In short: someone who can translate strategy into editorial reality, lead projects while keeping content at the forefront, and make things happen, from idea to publication. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sexual orientation, or age.
