What we need from you: - Significant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally supporting complex enterprise customers. - Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows, system architecture, and modern software integrations. - Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment flows, and financial technology ecosystems. - Experience with stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or crypto payment rails is highly advantageous. - Demonstrated ability to design and communicate complex end-to-end technical solutions across multiple systems, products, and stakeholders. - Experience owning technically complex enterprise sales opportunities from discovery through technical validation and close. - Ability to identify technical risks, dependencies, and product gaps early while remaining pragmatic and solutions-oriented. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with software engineers, architects, product leaders, security teams, compliance stakeholders, and senior executives. - Strong commercial judgment and a clear understanding of how technical decisions influence sales cycles, deal progression, implementation success, and long-term customer outcomes. - Experience leading technical workshops, architecture discussions, product demonstrations, and executive-level customer conversations. - Ability to manage multiple complex and high-priority opportunities simultaneously. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Security, and Delivery. - Experience mentoring or providing technical leadership to other Solutions Engineers is highly desirable. - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. - A proactive mindset, strong judgment, and a bias toward solving complex customer problems in a scalable way. We Offer: - A fair and competitive salary at every stage of your career. - Flexible working hours, with remote working at its heart. - A flexible approach to holidays. - Opportunities to travel to our offices around the world. - A culture built on passionate growth-minded people.
