About the company At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.” By enabling seamless connectivity between hotels, OTAs, fintechs, super-apps, and businesses, some of which are entering the travel market for the first time, Nuitée empowers companies to deliver reliable travel products effortlessly. Our robust platform simplifies complex supplier networks, offering direct access to hotel inventory with better pricing, coverage, and technology. With teams across the globe, including hubs in London, New York, San Francisco, Palma de Mallorca and Casablanca, Nuitée has grown into a global infrastructure provider trusted by industry leaders like Hopper, Priceline, Google, and Uber. Now backed by leading VCs and world-class investors including leaders from Booking.com, Stripe, and Shopify, Nuitée is positioned to redefine the B2B travel market, streamline operations for hotels, and enable new applications through cutting-edge APIs. Nuitée is at the forefront of a revolution—delivering AI-powered, smarter, and more personalized travel experiences for a new era. About the role: Spain (Remote) Open the door to Spain and Portugal's best hotels, and bring them onto Nuitée. Nuitée is growing its direct hotel supply across Europe, and Spain & Portugal are one of our key markets. As Sourcing Manager, you’ll be the person who finds the right hotels and hotel groups, gets in front of the people who make the decisions, and closes contracts at conditions that turn into bookings from day one. You’ll own your pipeline end to end, from first conversation to signature, working closely with our Connectivity, Operations and Account Management teams so every hotel you sign is set up to perform. It’s a commercial, high-energy role for someone who loves the hunt. Your network, your pitch and your negotiation skills are what move the needle here. What makes it interesting for you: - You go after new business: every hotel and chain you sign is a visible, direct result of your work - You deal directly with owners, GMs and revenue, distribution and commercial leaders, with nobody between you and the decision - You get to put your contact book to work and grow it across one of Europe's most dynamic hotel markets - You’re out in the market, meeting partners face to face, not stuck behind a desk - A competitive incentive plan that rewards the deals you bring in Nuitée has grown 10x since 2022, stayed profitable the entire time, and raised a $48M Series A led by Accel. Demand partners like Grab and Priceline already send bookings through Nuitée’s platform, and direct hotel supply is a growing priority for where that demand gets filled. The kind of problems you’ll work on: - Which hotels and groups in Spain & Portugal should we go after first, and how do we get to the right decision-maker? - How do you pitch Nuitée so a hotel sees real value in working with us directly? - How do you negotiate rates and conditions that are competitive enough to convert immediately? - How do you move a deal from first contact to signature quickly, without cutting corners? - How do you make sure every contract you close is technically feasible and handed over cleanly? This role fits someone who: - Has 5+ years contracting hotel supply at an OTA, bed bank or wholesaler, or selling for a hotel group - Has a strong network across Spain + Portugal hotels and owner groups, and the confidence to use it - Has a track record of closing hotel contracts, ideally including multi-property or chain agreements - Is naturally commercial and driven, and gets energy from bringing new business in - Communicates simply and persuasively, handles objections and gets to “yes” - Speaks fluent Spanish and professional working English - Is based in Spain and happy to travel frequently (up to 40%) You will do well here if you’re proactive, persuasive, and energised by opening new doors. This is less suited to someone who prefers managing an existing portfolio over building new business, or who needs leads handed to them. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The interview process is straightforward and typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Why Nuitee? At Nuitée, we’re not just reimagining travel—we’re building the infrastructure to power it. - Massive Market Opportunity: We are tackling the $9.9tn travel industry, starting with the $75 billion B2B hotel market, a fragmented space filled with outdated systems, gatekeepers, and inefficiencies.
