REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8+ years of embedded software development with strong C/C++ proficiency on Linux-based platforms. - Deep expertise in Linux platform build toolchains (Yocto, buildroot, OpenWRT, or Android AOSP), including cross-compilation, kernel configuration, and BSP development. - Experience with embedded connectivity technologies such as cellular (LTE, Cat-M, 5G), Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and IoT protocols including Z-Wave, Zigbee, and Matter. - Demonstrated ability to lead product-level architecture decisions, decompose complex system problems, and coordinate multi-project technical delivery. - Strong communication skills with experience explaining technical trade-offs to stakeholders and mentoring engineers across experience levels.
