This role focuses on making existing interfaces localization-ready and implementing localized content without compromising clarity, usability, visual quality, or performance. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, engineers, technical artists, producers, QA, Content Operations, and localization partners. What We're Looking For - Relevant Experience: Professional UI design or game UI production experience, with hands-on involvement in localization, internationalization, or multilingual product delivery. - Strong UI Craft: A portfolio demonstrating polished interface layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, reusable components, and production-ready asset creation. - Localization-Aware Design: Practical understanding of text expansion, dynamic layouts, wrapping and truncation rules, font fallback, CJK typography, locale-specific formatting, and culturally sensitive visuals. - Figma Proficiency: Advanced experience with Auto Layout, components, variants, constraints, design systems, and efficient production workflows. - Quality Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to systematically find, document, and verify visual defects across multiple languages and screen states. - Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with designers, engineers, QA, producers, and localization partners, especially when balancing visual quality, technical constraints, and deadlines.
