About the Opportunity This is a core strategy and operations role within VIP business, serving as the strategic operating brain behind our VIP client franchise. You will take an end-to-end business perspective across VIP clients, trading products, market dynamics, and RM operating models. Your responsibility is to identify the most important growth and efficiency opportunities, then design scalable, measurable, and repeatable strategies to address them. Beyond developing recommendations, you will translate strategy into client segmentation, product and benefit propositions, operating journeys, decision frameworks, and actionable RM playbooks. You will also personally lead high-impact initiatives from problem definition through execution and performance evaluation. This is not a traditional campaign operations or front-line execution role. What We Look For In You - 5年以上策略运营、商业运营、用户增长、客户经营或业务策略相关经验；具备金融、证券、财富管理、FinTech或加密货币行业经验者优先。5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial operations, user growth, client management, or business strategy.
