Bounteous is backed by New Mountain Capital, a New York-based growth-oriented investment firm that emphasizes business building. Currently, Bounteous is searching for a Vice President of Digital Delivery to add to our fast-growing team. Successful candidates bring significant experience leading digital delivery organizations across complex product, platform, and transformation programs, and are equally comfortable setting delivery strategy and stepping into a program that needs help. The right candidate holds a credible technical point of view in solution, sequencing, and estimation conversations, can challenge an approach that will not survive contact with production, and owns the engineering-adjacent risks that determine whether a program lands.
