Responsibilities: - Drafting & Design - Create, update, and maintain detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for architectural and/or engineering projects. - Produce construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schematics. - Interpret sketches, markups, specifications, and design notes into precise technical drawings. - Ensure drawings comply with company standards, codes, and industry best practices. - Project Support - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to support project deliverables. - Revise drawings based on redlines and project changes. - Assist with design development, permit sets, and as-built documentation. - Maintain organized drawing files and version control. - Documentation & Coordination - Prepare drawing packages for client review, permitting, and construction. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Verify dimensions, materials, and specifications. - Help maintain drafting standards, templates, and CAD libraries.
