The Senior Manager, People (HR Operations) is a subject-matter expert on Anthem's People Team, responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and day-to-day execution of our core HR operations - benefits, leaves of absence, and employment contract administration - and works in close partnership with the Payroll team in Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate and compliant pay. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the back end of HR: the systems, the processes, the details that keep a People Team running smoothly and compliantly. You'll partner closely with all members of the People Team and cross-functional stakeholders across Payroll and Corporate Accounting, Legal, Business Technology and Business Integration, to name a few.
