[OUR JOURNEY] Founded in 2016 and launched in 2017 by Alexandre https://www.linkedin.com/in/aprot/ and Steve https://www.linkedin.com/in/steveanavi/, Qonto has grown to 1,700 Qontoers serving over 750,000 customers across 8 European countries. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started. [OUR BELIEFS] We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, of which 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity isn't a program; It's who we are. We've built a discrimination-free hiring process https://medium.com/qonto-way/a-recruiters-dilemma-confronting-bias-in-hiring-b78acce148eb because the best teams are built on merit. [AI AT QONTO] AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here https://medium.com/qonto-way/ai-at-qonto-vision-statement-725a7e2f659b) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. Join us as a Website Product Manager to own conversion strategy on qonto.com http://qonto.com, the primary acquisition engine for 600,000+ businesses across 8 European markets. You will report to Sarah, our Lead Website PM. This is a hands-on product role inside a dedicated feature squad — you'll work daily with Growth Engineers and Designers, not just coordinate from a distance. ➡️ What you'll do - Own a section of qonto.com end-to-end: You'll be responsible for a defined part of the website — from identifying conversion problems to shipping the fixes. That means defining the strategy, running the sprints, and tracking the impact. - Run a continuous experimentation cycle: Set up and analyse A/B tests using tools like AB Tasty or VWO, draw conclusions from GA4 and Contentsquare data, and iterate fast. You'll be expected to have tests running at all times. - Align cross-functional stakeholders: You'll work weekly with SEO, Content, Product Marketing, Legal, and the French market. Getting alignment without authority is part of the job. - Promote Qonto's products on the website: Work with product teams to translate new features into compelling, conversion-optimised website experiences — landing pages, navigation flows, upsell surfaces. - Benchmark and bring new ideas: Regularly analyse competitor websites and best-in-class B2B SaaS sites to identify opportunities Qonto hasn't tried yet. ➡️ What we're looking for - 3-4 years of PM experience: You've shipped features end-to-end and can show the before/after on a metric. B2B SaaS or growth-focused product experience is a strong plus. - Hands-on with web analytics and CRO tools: You've used GA4, Contentsquare, Hotjar, or equivalent. You can pull your own data, spot patterns, and build a hypothesis without waiting for an analyst. - A/B testing methodology: You know how to size a test, define a success metric, and avoid common pitfalls (peeking, underpowered tests). You've run tests that failed and learned from them. - Clear communicator across functions: You can write a crisp brief for a designer, explain a prioritisation call to a sceptical stakeholder, and present results to a non-technical audience. - Working language: English and French fluency is required. Italian, Spanish, German or Dutch is a genuine plus given our 8-market scope. ➡️ What we can offer you - A website that is actually the product: At Qonto, qonto.com is not a marketing brochure — it's the #1 source of new customers. The PM who owns conversion has direct revenue impact, which means your work gets attention and resources. - A real feature team: You'll work in a squad with dedicated Growth Engineers and Designers — daily standups, weekly sprints, shared OKRs. You're not a lone PM throwing specs over a wall. - 8 markets, real complexity: The website serves France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, and Austria — with different regulatory contexts, languages, and user behaviours. That's a genuine product challenge, not a copy-paste localisation exercise. - A test-and-learn culture with senior support: Bamby brings nearly 20 years of product and growth leadership. You'll get autonomy on execution and direct access to someone who has built products at scale — a combination that's harder to find than it sounds. ➡️ Your future manager You’ll report to Sarah https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarahmahrach-rosado-digital, Lead Product Manager for our Website. Sarah joined Qonto in 2021 as a Senior Product Manager and stepped up as interim Head of Website in 2023. Before Qonto, she built digital products at Sodexo and BNP Paribas. [DIVERSITY] At Qonto, we understand that true diversity isn’t just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick - who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we’ve been searching for all along. [HIRING PROCESS DURATION] On average, our hiring process lasts 20 working days. More information on our candidate journey here https://qonto.com/en/careers/candidate-journey [DATA RETENTION] By applying, you agree that Qonto processes your personal data to assess your application. Your data is kept for up to 2 years in our candidate pool. Read our Privacy Notice https://qonto.com/en/legal-documents/privacy-notice for full details.
