The role and the team As a Working Student Revenue Operations and GTM Strategy (all genders), you help build Lucanet's scalable revenue engine: keeping GTM data clean, building AI-powered workflows with Clay and Claude, and documenting the processes behind our B2B SaaS revenue. You report into the Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy team within Revenue Architecture & Operations and work closely with RevOps, Deal Desk, and GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Excellence. Your work feeds directly into reporting, process design, and strategic projects such as territory design and our Bowtie operating model, and you work remotely from Germany. What you bring You have: - Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field. - Hands-on comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured datasets, for example from university projects or an internship. - A structured, detail-oriented way of working that produces clean, reliable outputs. - Ownership of your tasks: you ask good questions, flag blockers early, and follow through. - Fluent English, written and spoken. It's a plus if you also have: - First hands-on exposure to AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Clay. - First experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Chili Piper. - A strong interest in B2B SaaS, GTM strategy, or revenue operations.
